The Process

Our natural process begins with a dry fermentation in cherry for three days at 20ºC. Then, coffee is dried with it’s cherry still attached. This process gives coffee dark chocolate and berries notes.

Caturra Variety

Caturra is a natural mutation of Bourbon. At high altitudes, it gives good production and has a great cupping profile. At Finca Los Andes we have 8.000 trees of this variety, one of the most popular in Colombia.
